Ok so first things first.
Take a deep breath. I know you’re scared and you feel uncomfortable. But I want you to remember that you weight does not define you. You CAN get to a healthier weight at which you are more confident, more fit etc. But please remember to love yourself even if you aren’t at that point yet.
Alright, so I don’t have a specific meal plan to offer you, but the fact of the matter is…you need a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. I would highly suggest seeing your general physician or a dietician, as you are so young and I don’t want to tell you to eat an amount that may or may not be good for you. Although you need a calorie deficit to lose weight, that doesn’t mean you should restrict yourself to eating a measly amount of calories every day. You need to fuel your body with nutritious and balanced meals and snacks that will also enable you to exercise and build muscle! Don’t forget to stay hydrated!
Here are some examples of things I LOOOOOOVE to eat :)
-non fat Greek Yogurt (light n fit has a really good double protein vanilla nonfat greek yogurt, and I also love dannon oikos nonfat plain greek yogurt; for individual serving cups I also love light n fit 80-cal yogurts, chobani, and yoplait 100)
-oatmeal (I love a good bowl of oatmeal cooked with water, topped with fruit fruit like bananas and strawberries, and maybe a few chocolate chips or some coconut!; I eat oatmeal for breakfast, and snacks too!)
-boneless, skinless chicken breast (lean proteins are your friend! I love eating chicken breast with things like veggies and avocado, on top of salads, or in egg white omelettes)
-smoothies with protein powder (my favorite recipe is: 1.75 cups frozen strawberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, and water–>it literally tastes like a milkshake!!)
-veggies and hummus (hummus is a great way to work healthy fats into your diet)

Aside from eating healthier (I don’t know what your current diet looks like, but these are just some general tips), you will also need to exercise. I would recommend working out 3-5 times a week (maybe start with 3, and work up to 5 as you get stronger!). Incorporate variety into your workouts by doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) and strength training. Also, make sure to find workouts that you enjoy! Hate running? Me too! That’s why I do things like kickboxing to get my super intense cardio in, instead :) Don’t feel nervous to try out different classes at your local gym or fitness centers to see which ones are right for you. If you think you need more structure and help with your workouts, I suggest looking on sites like Shape or Women’s Health, as those often have tons of resources and workout plans. Another great resource for free workouts is Blogilates - a site with tons of free pilates videos. I absolutely love Cassey, the girl who runs the site - she’s super positive and motivating, and her videos are fun, effective, and great for people who are newer to working out :)

This is my best friend of 15 years. Doris is the most beautiful, inspiring and strong person I know. She inspires me every single day in so many different ways. She is funny, wonderfully talented (good at too many things, she needs to just pick one and stick to it hahaha) & she doesn’t care what the eff anyone says because she’ll do whatever she wants and always speak her mind and I truly love her for that. But even if she doesn’t care what people think or say, it’s not fair for people to continue to be ignorant.
Please watch and reblog this video! Let’s increase awareness for those who don’t know how hurtful our words or actions can be to those who are different. But guess what, they are regular beautiful human beings just like us. Just like how color of our skin doesn’t matter, our heights shouldn’t matter either.
So please don’t ever make jokes or insensitive comments about being little. Because there is nothing funny about it. It’s not fair to be made fun of for something that is totally out of their control.
